just saw the aftermath of M-’s counter getting reset, in slow-motion living color. f-ck. i can see it. and when you’ve built something like that, with such pride and dedication around not slipping, to slip now must hurt terribly. it’s almost as if you would feel that more days = more strength, and it probably does equate that way, over time. but slipping is never more than a second away.
